Our company is located in the region that makes the most tea in all of Japan.
We started with the goal of spreading the beauty of Japanese tea to people all over the world.
The history of Japanese tea begins when tea was shipped over from China. Over time the tea was made and enjoyed in many different ways, and eventually became part of Japanese culture.
The key appeal of Japanese tea may be both its simplicity and its depth, which has been refined as it passed between social classes and down through generations.
Japanese tea still encompasses the "wabisabi" aesthetic sense that Sen no Rikyu and other tea masters strove for in the art of tea ceremonies. By spreading the beauty of Japanese tea, our mission is to act as a bridge that connects the rest of the world with Japan.
