Kabusecha is made from tea leaves that are shaded from the sun with straw mats or cheesecloth for around 7 days before being harvested.
It stands somewhere between Gyokuro and Sencha.
Kabusecha has the refreshing taste of Sencha mixed with the savory flavor of Gyokuro.
Like Gyokuro, it also has an aroma akin to green seaweed.
